Purchased a defective card from cvs on June 8 at 9 :40 on moneypack site they make you send them front and back of defective card along with receipt. I sent all them things to them but they said a week later after they finally responded that I need full receipt not just green dot portion contacted cvs where they didnt have original after 5 days that have to contact corporate to get so I got it and sent to them along with cvs contacting them thru email also with copy still there refusing they are fraud User's recommendation: Do not purchase moneypack cards because if defective they will keep the money it’s over 2 months since they took my money.
