Abominable customer service. After 13 years with ADT at one address, I tried to move service to a new address. More than 30 minutes to reach a person and when I mentioned I was short on time she immediately hung up. A few weeks later I called again, spoke to a person that switched me to relocation dept. When he told me the price, it was more than I was paying. I told him so and said I was not willing to pay more than before, he then immediately hung up on me. User's recommendation: They have nothing unique on any other company and their customer service could not be as bad as ADT.
