I was promised a refund and have updated my account information so that the refund can go back into my account. I have been blocked on messenger and cannot believe this is how ipsy does business! I loved getting my monthly glam bag, but to think you don't give notice or even ask, then make it close to impossible to resolve an issue has caused me to stop doing business with you. I expect my refund in my bank as soon as possible!
