hi i have a seiko automatic divers 200m 21 jewel watch ,i have no issues with this watch except that now the winder is broken for the 2nd time, i had it repaired at your service centre when i was in hong kong on my last visit in 2019. This is very frustrating, and i believe this is a generic fault with this watch design, on the reverse of the watch are the numbers to ascertain the problem-seiko7S26-0020 (AO) SCUBA DIVERS 3D1691 JAPAN WP STAINLESS STEEL. I would like you to repair this watch at no expense to myself as i am unable to travel back to HK for the forseeable future. please could you advise at your earliest conviniece, on the whole this has been a great watch and i would have no hesitation in recommending your products. thank you Anthony.
