I applied for a home equity line of credit. My mortgage free home appraised at 148k and I was asking for 30 k line of credit. They wanted an INTERIOR inspection. I requested a letter that stated that I wasnt getting line of credit because I refused an interior inspection. Carmilya Artis and Veronica Aguilar have yet to provide that letter after several requests.i will change banks but have to switch all of my direct deposits etc which is a total time consuming pain. I do have emails to and from carmilya and Veronica.
