I am a senior citizen and PNC customer for years. I decided to try Online banking and it is not consumer friendly at all. The security questions asked are in very fine print and hard to read. It repeatedly locks me out and got my telephone number wrong which also created a problem. I am disgusted with the system;it should be revamped. entire process. User's recommendation: Dont try online banking if hyou are a senior citizen.
