Resolved: Refund of closed acct.

Update by user Aug 06, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was contacted by someone higher up in the customer service dept. and had a check mailed (one day service)..do not know why regular customer service could not taken care of it. Original review posted by user Jul 07, 2020 I have been waiting 2 weeks for my acct. balance to be mailed to me as they stated that it cannot be transferred to my new acct, because it's not "PNC"..When contacted, they state that I have to go to a branch office. After many years with this so call bank, they have closed all the branches that a convenient to me and upon closing my acct., they seem like they just want to make things difficult. User's recommendation: Do NOT do business with them!
