No explanation

I wired 73k into a business bank account 8/6/20. The funds were held without withdraw for over a month. Customer at PNC requested return of funds to me then closed her account. As of today, 12/7/20, Don't bank the funds have not been returned. PNC says it has been returned to me. User's recommendation: Don't bank with PNC.
