Terrible customer support.
After purchasing online (after spending thousands of $$ at CVS over the years) I noticed that the shipping was $45 on a $50 order. I immediately emailed Customer support to cancel, then left a VM as well. Neither was replied to. I waited 4 or 5 days to receive a response. None ever came. I called the C.S. hotline, and they said someone would return my call by the end of day (6/10/21). I'm still waiting for it. call oon 6/14/21 User's recommendation: Stay away. Terrible customer support.
