Radio and keys will not come out when car is in park

I could turn my windshield wipers on it knocks my radio off I can hit the brakes it knocks my radio off I can shut the door it knocks my radio off when I put my car in the park my keys I cant get them out I have to restart a car take and put it back in the park and then I might get them out I am pissed
