Silver Scripts increased my premium 50% without any explanation after I called several times to get answers. My prescription list did not change during that time and they never provided any reasons for the increase. I know of others that were unhappy with services from Silver Scripts. When you call wait times are very extreme and call takers speak broken English and are very hard to understand. When you ask for a supervisor sometimes the call is lost or they don't understand the question. Very frustrating to deal with such a communication disconnect. I will not rate this company below because they don't deserve a star. User's recommendation: I would NOT recommend Silver Scripts to anyone.
