I received an email from Brooke Williams, saying that due to my phone interview, they had moved forward with another candidate for the position. The problem was that I never received a call from the recruitment team, this is false and damaged my application. I received an email from Brooke, saying "sorry, but there was a mistake in the email you received...". This is very usurious of them. I don't know of a serious world-class company that would send an email saying they contacted and interviewed a candidate when that is false.
