Upset with Service

First of all, Im upset in the fact that when I want to talk to someone I have to fill out a form first! The whole reason for a phone number is to talk to someone. Second, why do you have to use the word pissed customer instead of unsatisfied customer?! That was very distasteful and I am disappointed in your company!!! I have accidentally paid twice for a years subscription but did not receive a notice that I over paid. Why?
