On May 1, 2021 I was at your location 1300 n Lewis ave Waukegan 60087 and one of your signs blew up, dented and scratched my car while in the drive thru. That location has horrible customer service.

No one has reached out to me in any way and it will be a week on tomorrow. My experience trying to solve this problem with staff was devastating, no one knew anything and one of your employees pretended to be a manager. My blood pressure went up severely and I ended up with a migraine! Please contact me so that this incident can be resolved. One of your drive thru employees also has pictures and he called what was supposed to be a manager. Lisa Dabney User's recommendation: Very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. Don’t patronize!!
