No one has reached out to me in any way and it will be a week on tomorrow. My experience trying to solve this problem with staff was devastating, no one knew anything and one of your employees pretended to be a manager. My blood pressure went up severely and I ended up with a migraine! Please contact me so that this incident can be resolved.
