Staff bad attitude

My sister called/ placed on her card a pickup order. The female placed her on hold. Upon arrival to pick up the order. I was told to, leave the drive-thru, and enter inside the store. I entered, and was met with very unprofessional people. They claimed no one had received an order made over the phone. A guy I assume was manager wasn't of any assistance either, he was nonchalant, and walked away. Popeye is located 8-10 from my sister's apt. My sisterwas User's recommendation: Report unpleasant/unprofessional behavior to firm.
