Original review updated by user Mar 19, 2021 Your courier Yodel, male, delivered your flowers on the 11/03/2021 about 1205hrs. He did not ring the door bell, but when viewed on our system he did use the letter box to announce his arrival. This was not heard in the house. The box was place against the fornt door. The box was placed upside down. On opening the front door the box fell in & opened its self displaying damaged flowers. Damaged defined as bent stems & leaves loose in box. Please advise how we procede.
