There custom service is the worst. Their policies regarding refunds on charges not made by the card holders.

NI tried to stop a withdrawal / payment that was made without my permission and was told they cant stop a pending item. They paid the scammers $277.00 plus 3 test of $1.02 ea. Then I had to cancel that card. Without a refund yet. That will take up to 3 months. If I complete a detailed document of the charges and summit within 10 days of first report of charges. Never received first card. Paid for 2 dau delivery User's recommendation: No numerous charges on account not giver refund.
