Fee to Cancel?!

That's right. You need to complete, notarize, and fax documents to complete. Nowhere is that stated on the front page. Canceled order and I have to pay a fee? They did absolutely nothing. I entered all my info. This is straight up fraud. On hold for 20 min with no answer. User's recommendation: Just go to the county clerk.
