One doesn't answer there phone maybe once in a hour.. and no it's not cause they are busy cause when I have to go there and order there is people just standing around and or outside smoking, oh, or the phone was off of the hook someone forgot to hang it up..The other one says they don't have a phone I get 15 min. For break so there for I call it in so I can get breakfast and try to eat it while it's hot. Shields Rd no problem they always answer. Polite and curious
