We bought a bracelet as a birthday gift for my daughter, it was a little bit bigger than expected! This was during the lockdown, so we called the customer service who advised that we can wait till they open their stores to return it last week when we went to exchange the item for a smaller size they refused and said that the online biz is not related to the stores!! Anyway we decided to step dealing with this chain since it cant be trusted! User's recommendation: Avoid this business!
