Poor payment options and less than competent Customer service representatives. Completely useless options other than pushing you to automatic payment, which is obvious because they make payment options so difficult and charge you to speak to an associate. My recommendation is if you have a loan with them to refinance it and get out of it User's recommendation: Find another loan option, honestly any other loan option.
