I After getting to speak with a human instead of texting with online support my issue was resolved in 10 minutes. I think Noom needs to improve their customer service. I have had to chase down things I paid for with no contact from this company. User's recommendation: Unsure how I feel about how I feel about the product but frustrated with support.
