Its been more than 10 days i am waiting for reply from Brand-eyes (customer care India). sponge of my crusher wireless is torn. I have 2 years warranty. But customer care ignore the customers issue by saying spare parts not available but still they sells the new product. User's recommendation: Never buy skull candy products by based on their warranty and replacement policies.
