Don’t Valet park they employ thiefs

To whom it may concern, I’m writing in reference to my theft claim I made on November 10th 2019. I checked into Hampton Inn Charlotte on the evening of November 6th 2019. My car stayed in Valet until I had it retrieved the morning of November 10th 2019. As soon as I left I reached for my Ray Ban sunglasses in my sunglass holder by my rear view mirror and noticed they were gone. I pulled over to look around and noticed my tool kit that my father gave me 15 years ago was also gone. Your valet driver either stole it from me or was negligent in not securing the locks on my vehicle. However, I think he stole it from me and you have a thief that you are employing. I’ve already replaced my Ray Ban sunglasses. The cost of the replacement was $195.80. My tool kit is only $47.00 dollars to replace plus shipping. I can never replace the sentimental value that was token from me. This is the second time I’ve had problems with valet parking in less than a month. In Dallas Texas at yet another Hampton Inn valet decided they were going to charge me for 3 days of valet parking because my last name happed to be Blair and there was another person by that last name staying there as well. It took me 5 days to clear that up. I’m applaud, upset and extremely disappointed that I can’t have a valet assistant park my car in a somewhat secure parking facility and not have valet be somewhat responsible for its security. Surly you must have some sort of cameras in that parking garage to at least check out at around 6:00 pm on Wednesday November 6th 2019 to see the valet assistant or somebody caring my silver grey tri folding tool case. That’s worth more to me in sentimental value that the Ray Ban glasses are. I’ll never be able to replace that . One again, you are employing a thief and he needs to be accounted for. You stole my personal property and I hold you and the hotel responsible for it. I hope to hear back from somebody for I take other actions.
