i called the number 180******** and the their call center answer i told them i will pay my bills but she don't mentioned about the extra pay so i go for it but when i look at my account i was surprised for the extra payment added to my normal obligation, why i have to pay extra is this a robbery ...? User's recommendation: dont talk to the call center of fay servicing.
