I’m attempting to return items yet I’m unable to get into the refund portion of their website! You’re to inform them within 14 days however if you can’t access the site you can’t inform them!

I received my orders and didn't like the product so attempted to contact them in order to get confirmation of my returns as required, however you can't access the required website!!! Therefore, making it impossible to return the product! What can I do before my 14 days are up?!! User's recommendation: Beware of this site as you don’t appear to be able to return items.
