We own 1 of the park models in Cactus Gardens. we have been coming here now for 5 years, 4 very good years and then there this year. First I realize Covid has been a problem but, a problem that worked in your advantage, first we pay full price for basically no service, no office people except by appointment. What a joke, Both the manager and the asst. could care less about problems in this park. "The manager and I quote IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT MOVE. I think Encore has used every excuse known to man to get by as cheap as possible, Roads need fixing, there is no maintenance in this park anymore. $$$.
