NOT WORKING!

why is the simparica not working? cpuld it be pld? o just got it a few months ago! walmart rx ripped me off. i always get the trio one and they sent regular mow we are both itching! what can i do? i shelled put a lot of money for this?! User's recommendation: don't buy online from walmart rx and only get the trio.
