                Cancelled flight
                                    Our flight from Madeira to Porto was cancelled, and you rebooked us on the flight to Porto on 10/7 but it was inconvenient for us so I called your customer service and asked for a refund, which was confirmed and the conversation was recorded. Then, at 22.25 i recieved an sms to board on flight at 22.50, which was notified too late. We are aware that the flight was cancelled because of bad weather conditions, but we want a full refund for 5 people.
