Regal would not allow my complaint in their website. Bad customer service

GoThe service department is seriously in need of revamping. They make an appointment but then when you show up they cant find the appointment. I had negotiated a deal to sever all ties with regal, they were to give me a credit towards my loan and to date they have not sent the credit union any money. You can never get hold of the executives, only the assistant which is beyond useless. Very rude and condescending. Even after showing proof of all of the times they dropped the ball I have never heard 1 person there saying they were sorry about everything I have gone though. From the start of a bait and switch to bad customer service that was bad and constantly getting worse. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
