So much long time to response

I send my money to Australia and I used my account name in azimo. My card is not working so my husband decide to used his card.after jow many days my receiver dont received the money.I sent an email and they reply they need the I.d because the azimo account and the bank account doesn't match the name.so my husband forwarded an email using his email account and sent a message.until now no reply.i really get mad with the service.why it takes so long.almost 2 week.i dont User's recommendation: I will never recommend this kind of services.
