Company stole $10,000.00 for upgrade and did not give what was promised to me.

I upgraded my account from Palace Resort to Palace Premiere, so the accommodation would allow me to bring family on vacation. We upgraded at the resort. Put down $10,000.00 to do so and set up a payment plan for the rest. We arrived at Palace with our family. Our accommodations were not available. They stuck us in a room outside a bar. User's recommendation: Never do business with the company unless you have a lot of money to throw away.
