Worse customer servcie
I called the Customer Service and it took a live person to answer more than half an hour. I had talked to El. The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had the Mastercard in the past and I had to cancel it because of the transaction problems. I thought I would give them a second chance but NO they don't believe in giving service like other credit cards. I am soon going to cancel the card as it is not worth the headaches it comes with. have User's recommendation: Highly recommend improving your Customer Service.
