I purchased a "new" 125cc dirtbike from West Coast Products out of CA. Customer service said I would receive the bike within 7 days. In 2 weeks it finally makes it to my part of the country but it was going to take another 2 days for them to deliver it to my home. So I drove a little over an hour and picked the 180lb. bike up in my car. Some assembly was required which was to be the handle bars and the front tire. My mechanic put the bike together and several parts were missing. They just weren't there. Others were broken. There is a 1 year warranty on the bike but my mistake was not reading what the warranties terms and conditions were. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It took them about 3 weeks but they did send replacement parts. As soon as I got those, 2 more things broke on the bike. After 30 days I have to start paying cost and shipping on the parts. This has truly been a nightmare. I paid nearly $700 for a dirtbike that is a piece of ***. You have been forewarned. SB Alabama
