I'm having the same problems as the post before me. I placed my order on July 4th and received my confirmation. I am a teacher and was ordering supplies for the new school year. I have emailed twice without any response. I called during business hours only to get a recording telling me to leave a message. There has been no return communication. I wish I had seen this site before I placed my order. I can't believe anyone would set up such a nice website to rip off teachers. I am also wondering if this is a legitimate business!!
