Resolved: My issue was solved

Dear Sir/Madam I would like to inform you that my issue was solved on 3 NOV . And on behalf of my daughter I want to appreciating and thanking you for taking the time to investigate my complaint and the resolution to settle my complaint and decide in my favorite. Sorry for lateness because of issue until 3 NOV not solved because I had visited the Ali AlGhanim Dealership many time , and I found out that they had committed a mistake by issuing the warranty card to the wrong person (winner guy). As per records they are fully aware that the car belong to me . In all honesty, their action, attitude and justification have cause me a great inconvenience . the employee whose in charge informed me that it will take couple days to replace the warranty name (winner guy) to my name.yesterday and get the warranty book from Ali AlGhanim Dealership.
