This company is crazy. They get you signed up on a contract promising service and after several service visits (they can't get that right), they sent me a bill for $500. Then they threatened collections. This company is not honest. I talked to a senior manager who once worked for them and they confirmed my suspicion. You need to avoid this company at all costs. We have purchased / leased 6 copiers over the years and this company is not capable of servicing but only wants to threaten you. The agreement says they will service the copier but they are not capable of doing so and then want to charge you extra. In the past 3 years, we are on our third copier and have had them invoice us for their incompetence.
