The company is sending past due notices for service they did with interest. This is blackmail. I don't think they are a legit company. He company signs you up saying they will manage the service on your equipment but they actually lose staff all the time and can't maintain it. Then they surprise you with an invoice and interest. I think they have done this type of criminal activity just to make money. I would suggest using a reputable dealer. The promise that they will service the equipment is just words. You have to have a lawyer to two help you set up the agreement. Wish I had reds all the online complaints about these guys before I signed. Save yourself!!!
