Pleasantly surprised by the gift card
I was disputing with the shop over the wrong model I received. I ordered one flavor and in return I received the flavor I disliked. While the exchange is not allowed in that category, I complained “just in case.” The customer service operator turned out to be so nice, she offered me a gift card for the sum equivalent to the liquid! I was so pleasantly surprised that I will surely continue shopping with them in the future.
