I’d identification difficulties

The bank unexpectedly blocked my card several times. The reason for such actions was that I replenished the account with this card on my mobile phone and the bank security officers found such transactions suspicious. I want to note that almost immediately the bank employees called me back and asked me the control questions that I’d specified in the contract. I answered all the questions correctly, but I suspect that the operator accidentally or deliberately entered this data into the system with errors and typos, and my card was never unblocked. In order to solve the problem, I’d to go to a bank branch. And this situation happened to me several times. Otherwise, I’ve no complaints about the work of the bank, I spend all my money settlements through their system, my salary comes to their accounts, and from these accounts I pay utility and other mandatory payments. So basically I’m satisfied with the service, reliability and quality of service.
