Quarantine changed the quality of service

The store was efficient and quick in delivery and payments before the quarantine. Now everything have changed. That includes the privileges for the bulk amount buers I lost. The shop used to give the 15 percent discount only to bulk amount purchases, and now everyone has this discount. That means even a newcomer receives the same discount I have after I was shopping with them for years.
