They had great deals for the past Black Friday and I spent like several hours looking at watched I always coveted. One thing that really stopped me from buying from them is the lack of relevant pictures showcasing the product. It seemed like the whole marketplace set-up was to highlight the marketplace itself. The pictures of the watches did not zoom in, did not include the product worn by someone. Or if they did, the pictures were showing someone at full of his height, even though it would be sufficient to show the picture of the hand and the wrist with the watch on it. That inattention to the product they are supposedly represent really turns me off at times.
